A drone attack on a market in Sudan\u2019s North Kordofan state killed at least six people, including two children, and injured over 26 others, the UN Children\u2019s Fund (UNICEF) said.It warned that children continue to bear the brunt of the country\u2019s escalating conflict.In a statement on Wednesday, UNICEF said the attack targeted a market in the town of Al-Rahad, killing two children and four adults while injuring more than 20 people, including six children between the ages of 6 and 14.\u201cThis latest attack is a stark reminder of the horrific toll the conflict continues to take on children across Sudan,\u201d UNICEF Representative in Sudan Sheldon Yett said.\u201cMarkets are places where families gather to buy food, earn a living and meet their basic needs.
